摘 要:在每株树木中摘取其上、中、下三部分的叶片,每部分选取5~10片叶子进行测定,对每片叶子的6处不同部位进行SPAD值测定,然后取其平均值作为此片叶子的最终SPAD值,再对所有叶片SPAD值取平均值作为树木的SPAD值。利用GPS技术使树木有了空间信息,并于遥感图像能够结合起来进行分析,为估测大面积区域叶绿素含量创造可能性。结果表明,SPAD-502型手持式测定仪携带方便,测定简单迅速,不损害植被,与GPS技术及遥感反演技术相结合,能简便估测大面积区域叶绿素含量。The leaves of a tree were divided into three parts,upper,middle and lower,and 5~10 leaves were selected and measured in each part.The SPAD values of 6 different parts for each leaf were measured and the average value was the SPAD value of this leaf and the average value of all leaves was the SPAD value of this tree.The spatial information of all the trees was acquainted using GPS technique and the data was analyzed combined with RS image to provide basis for estimating the chlorophyll content of large area.The result shows that SPAD-502 handheld measuring instrument is of the characteristics of convenient,simple and rapidly.Combined with GPS and RS inversion technique,it can estimate the chlorophyll content in a large area simple and conveniently.
