摘　　要：本文通过对病案首页数据质量过程控制的研究,详细介绍首页数据质量规范制定的原则,由此产生质控规则从而设计核查条件,最终依托医院信息系统实施军队医院病案首页数据质量过程控制,并取得较好应用效果。The author attempted to explore the process control of the quality of data on the first page of medical records in this paper. It was introduced that the principles for establishing quality standards for the data on the first page of medical records, the so - established rules for quality control as well as the design of the corre- sponding checking system. At last, the practice and possible positive effects were analyzed of quality control.
