摘　　要：目的介绍"数字化病案库"软件的工作流程,使得医院病案管理更加有序、准确、更加方便各类人员使用。方法数字化病案库以病案数据为中心,挂接"军字一号"中"病案编目子系统",本院自行编制的"老病案管理系统",统一建立数据池,通过数据挖掘和数据采集等技术,实现病案数据与图片数据索引编排等数字化功能。结果数字化病案库实现了数据统一管理、异地阅读、图片呈现、网络传输、共享应用等功能。结论 "数字化病案库"是病案管理工作质的飞跃,是医疗质量和病案管理与临床医疗有效结合的体现。Objective To introduce the ＂digital medical record repository＂ software work flow, with which the management of hospital medical records will be more orderly, accurate, more convenient use of various types of personnel. Methods Digital medical records took the record data as the center, hang ＂Army No. 1 system＂ in ＂the cataloging subsystem＂, our courtyard self made ＂sick case management software＂, establish uniform data pool, through the data mining and data collection technology to realize the digitalized of a medical record data and picture data. Results Digital medical record database has realized the unified data management, remote reading, picture, network transmission, sharing application functions. Conclusion The ＂digital medical record repository＂ is the management of a qualitative leap.
