摘　　要：某军区血液中心充分利用计算机及信息网络技术,遵循法制化、标准化、信息化、网络化原则,建设数字化血液中心,使采、供血及临床输血,形成一个全封闭的整体网络管理系统,有效控制血液质量,保证输血安全。The blood center of Beijing Military Command took full advantage of computer science and net- work techniques to develop the digital blood center, which was in compliance with the principle of legality, stand- ardization, informatilization and networking. And then a holistic network management system was set up for blood drawing, blood supply and transfusion, which has improved the blood quality effectively and ensured the safety of transfusion.
