基于灰色关联法的住院费用影响因素分析

摘　　要：运用灰色关联分析法对某院2005—2009年住院患者费用及影响因素进行分析。结果显示影响患者住院医疗费用的主要因素依次是药品费、材料费和检验费;此方法简便易行,结果可靠,能为医院管理者进行合理住院收费提供参考。The author applied grey association analysis to appraise the hospitalization expenses from 2005 to 2009. The results showed that the main costs were the expenses of drugs, the materials and the examinations. The method is simple, reliable and the result can provide a reasonable reference for hospital administration.
