摘　　要：对外医疗合作是促进军队医院全面建设的一项重要举措。本文探讨军队小医院开展对外医疗合作的做法及应坚持的原则,旨在进一步规范对外医疗合作管理模式,确保军队医院的利益。Exterior medical cooperation is an important measure to promote military hospital comprehensive construction. In this paper the methods and necessary principle were discussed to develop the exterior medical co- operation in the small scale military hospital practice, with which to normalize the managing, and to guarantee the profit of the military hospital.
