摘　　要：本文针对医院心理科建设存在的问题,提出把握服务方向,明确工作任务和要求,建立完善学科标准,规范工作制度和管理,深化临床科研,贴近部队实际搞研究,创新服务模式,加强联络会诊和协作等应对措施。The problems were analyzed in the development of section of clinic psychology in the regional hospital, and the measures were proposed as guided by the right development orientation, definitude the demand, build up the discipline standard, unify the management system, improve research ability, innovate service mode and enhance the cooperation. With these efforts, the psychology services can be benefit to improve service efficiency.
