摘　　要：随着我国各项医疗卫生事业改革的全面展开,医院之间的竞争,已经转化成为以科研水平、创新能力和医学人才水平为代表的综合软实力之间的竞争。规范科研管理,强化自身优势,全面提升医院学科建设水平,是新时期医院实现可持续发展,增强核心竞争能力的重要举措。With the overall reform of the medical and health undertakings of our country, the competition between hospitals has been transformed into integrated soft power of competition on behalf of scientific research, in- novation and medical talent. Standardized management of scientific research, strengthening their own advantage and raising the overall level of hospital disciplines, are important measures for hospital to achieve sustainable develop- ment and enhance the core competitiveness in the new era.
