摘　　要：协商解决医疗纠纷具有方便快捷、成效显著等优点,而且符合国务院医改意见提出的"构建健康和谐的医患关系,增进医患沟通"要求,但具体协商过程仍需要遵循一定的原则和方法。鉴于医疗纠纷协商解决也具有一定的负面作用,所以应对其应用范围进行适当限定。The settlement of medical disputes by consultation has virtues of simpleness and rapidness and is coneorded with the aim of meidical system renovation of ＂Building a healthy and harmonious relationship between hospitals and patients, improving their effective communication＂. But the negotiation proccedings should follow a certain kind of principls and methods. At the same time,with respect to its negative aspects, we should set a range for the application of medical disputes settlement by consultation.
