摘　　要：目的探讨医院感染相关政策中的分歧及处理方法。方法对实际工作中常用的规范在不同的医院感染政策中的表述进行对比、分析。结果医院感染相关政策中存在着相互矛盾、不够严谨、与国策相冲突、专业认识存在误区等问题,致使监督检查标准不一、临床工作者无所适从。结论处理好医院感染相关政策中的矛盾必须要更新观念、理顺关系,把握原则、科学践行。Objective Exploring solutions to the dissension in the policies of nosoeomial infection. Meth- ods Comparing and analyzing the discourses of restrictions in daily clinical works from different nosocomial infec- tion policies. Results There are some problems in the hospital - acquired infection policies which make the stand- ards of supervision and inspection hard to unify and lead to the disorder of clinical works ： Some parts of the policies are inconsistent with each other, lacking of accuracy, conflicting with some national policies and having different perspectives depending on different academic realms. Conclusions In resolving the dissension in nosocomial in- flection policies, we need to update ideas, follow principles, balance the relationship between each part and make scientific practices.
