摘　　要：目的观察本院交通伤院前急救培训对提高施救人员应急救援能力的效果。方法本院2010年1—3月对30名院前急救人员进行交通伤院前急救培训,比较培训前后救援人员采取急救措施的准确性、规范性和时效性。结果培训前后院前急救人员急救技能及综合能力等考核成力提高明显,成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院前急救培训是提高救援人员快速反应能力、提升急救技术的有效途径,也是军队医务人员提高应对多样化军事行动卫勤保障能力的有效方法。Objective To observe the effects ving the emergency response capability. Results There were significant differences in the performance evaluation of clinical emergency medical care capability and comprehensive competence before and after the training （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Pre - hospital emergency medical care training is an effective way not only for first - aiders to enhance the quick response capability and service capability, but for mili- tary paramedic to improve medical guarantee capability in variegated military actions.
