摘　　要：本文分析军区卫生系统参加深圳世界大学生运动会卫勤保障面临的形势,总结归纳深研细判,多手准备;注重统一,联合指挥;集中精锐,科学用兵;加强协调,军民联保的主要做法。提出提升非战争军事行动卫勤保障能力,必须在制定完善方案预案的针对性上下功夫,在快速抽组精干合成的机动卫勤力量上下功夫,在优化拓展医疗卫生机构职能任务上下功夫,在建立扁平快捷的卫勤指挥体系上下功夫、在推进军地资源共享联合保障上下功夫等方面进行思考。The article analyzed the situation health system facing and summarized the main replying methods during the medical support for 26th Universiade Summer Games in Shenzhen.The five experiences were as follows.Firstly,accurately grasping the situation and preparing many ways.Secondly,emphasizing unified and joint command.Thirdly,focusing on elite forces scientifically.Fourthly,strengthening coordination and civil-military union.The author suggested that we should have promoted the medical support capability for military operations other than war thorough the following aspects： formulating perfect pre-plans,grouping mobile health service forces quickly,optimizing and expanding the function of the medical institutions,establishing flat health service command system,as well as promoting the civil-military integration.
