摘　　要：目的通过改进"军字一号"医生工作站程序,使程序具有自动提示医师病案归档日期的功能,以解决病案延期归档问题。方法应用PB对"军字一号"医生工作站程序进行编程,使用数据窗口技术从"军字一号"HIS系统相关表中提取,并根据归档时间以不同颜色分类显示医师及下级医师所管患者的未归档病案信息。结果本院2010年普通病案与死亡病案按时归档率与2009年同期相比分别提高了19.4%、18.1%。结论新程序的应用显著提高了归档率,使信息反馈及时、呈现方式主动。Objective By improving the ＂No.1 Military Medical Project＂ doctor workstation program make the program with the function of automatically prompts pigeonhole date of the medical records of doctors to solve the problem of medical records pigeonholing extension.Methods PowerBuilder 9.0 was used to develop the program,data were extracted from relevant table of the database of ＂No.1 Military Medical Project＂ and according to pigeonhole date use the DataWindow technology in different colors to display upper and lower levels of medical doctors that medical records information was not pigeonholed.Results The on time rate of pigeonhole of normal and death medical records of hospital in 2010 compared with the same period in 2009 increased by 19.4%,18.1%.Conclusion By applying the new application significantly improve the rate of pigeonhole,make the information of feedback in time and active presentation.
