摘　　要：医院服务文化建设是加强医院文化建设的重要内容,新形势下提高军队医院为兵服务水平,必须着力从创新医院服务文化建设抓起。本文从理论与实践结合的角度,摸索一条可行的加强医院服务文化建设,提升为兵服务质量的新途径。The culture construction of hospital's service is the core for enhancing the hospital culture.Under the new situation,to improve the level of serving the army,we must catch hold of the construction of hospital service culture.The article followed the direction of combining the theory and practice,to fumble a viable approach to enhance the hospital's service and culture,and to advance the quality of serving the army.
