摘　　要：本文分析医院驻地医保基本情况及调整后的医保政策,探讨医保统筹基金科学、规范、高效的使用与管理,提出医院加强医保管控的措施,从而减少定点医疗机构医保统筹基金超支情况的发生,促进医院取得更好的社会效益和经济效益。The basic condition of local medical insurance and the adjusted medical insurance policy were analyzed.The author discussed how to fund the medical insurance con-ordinate the use and management more scientific,standardized and efficient,while the Medicare con-ordinate medical institutions designated payment were not cost overruns or less.According to the actual situation,the measures for strengthening management and control of medical insurance in hospital were proposed and better economic and social benefit has been achieved.
