摘　　要：随着军队医院体制编制的调整、医学模式的转变,国家医疗保障制度的改革以及民众对健康维护和增进的需要,护士长应具备较强的综合能力和敏锐的创新思维,在做好为兵服务的同时,应进一步密切军地、军民关系,积极适应医疗市场不断变化的需求。In recent years,with the adjustments of the military hospital system,changes of the medical model,reform of the state medical insurance system,and improvement of the needs of people to maintain and enhance the health,the head nurses should have a strong comprehensive capabilities and an keen innovative thinking,serve for the military,strengthen civil-military relations,and actively adapt to the changing needs of the medical market.
