摘　　要：医院以科学发展观为指导,以既定的战略目标为牵引,大力弘扬白求恩精神,紧密结合时代发展变化,坚持解放思想,突出服务特色,通过多措并举、多法并施,努力把握新特点,探索新规律,不断加强医德医风建设。In recent years,guided by the scientific outlook on development and the established strategic objectives,the hospital has promoted the spirit of Bethune energetically,persist in emancipating the mind,take lots of methods to grasp the new characteristics and probe the regular pattern,in order to improve the level of medical ethics.
