摘　　要：智能变电站过程层采用IEC61850-9-2标准通过交换机组网实现保护、测控、合并单元及智能装置的互联,交换机成为过程层网络的必须装置。交换机的性能指标直接影响到了保护、测控等装置的可靠性。因此交换机必须符合过程层应用对环境、机械性能、EMC等指标要求,并且在功能上要求交换机在吞吐量、帧丢失率、传输延时及组播管理等方面的性能指标符合过程层的应用要求。本文通过对交换机数据交换原理、传输延时、组播管理、网络风暴抑制等功能的实现原理进行分析,选择符合智能变电站过程层应用的交换机各项功能的实现方式。Intelligent substation process level using the IEC61850-9-2 standard exchanges protection,measurement and control,merging unit and intelligent device interconnection with switch,switch become the necessary device of Process Layer Network.Switch performance directly affects the reliability of protection,measurement and control device.Therefore switch must be satisfy the requirement of Process Layer demand on environment,mechanical properties,EMC etc.and switch must satisfy process layer application requirements on the function in throughput,frame loss rate,time delay and multicast management and other aspects of the performance indicators.This article through to analysis the switchboard data exchange principle,transmission delay,group management,network storm suppression function to the realization of the principle,select the switch who satisfy the requirement of application of intelligent substation process level.
