摘　　要：文章通过程控测量技术,可以有效的解决在实际测量中需要人为的实时测量,通过分析和计算,就可以实现自动测量需求的数据。测量中的微欧测量主要应用于特定测量。文章主要针对其原理和应用展开分析。The artificial real-time measurement can be solved effectively in the actual measurement through the program-controlled exchange measurement technique which is introduced in this paper.And then,the data required in automatic measurement can be realized by analysis and calculation.The micro ohm measurements are mainly applied in specific measurements.The paper mainly analyses on the principle and application of this technique.
