摘　　要：本文介绍了一种基于ZigBee无线技术的分散式轮对轮轴检修线的自动化管理系统。该系统包括计算机管理系统、无线收发协调器、手持式数据采集器和目标寻踪感应器几个部分组成,计算机管理系统由数据库管理子系统和选配子系统组成。该系统通过对现有的轮对轮轴检修线的管理条件做部分简单改造,实现检修时针对轮对轮轴尺寸的实时数据采集、记录和保存,以及在更换轮对时对所需轮对的自动配对、查询和快速定位,提高了轮对的配对效率和轮对轮轴检修线自动化管理水平。In this paper,we present a automatic management system of the axle repair line of distributed wheel.The system can achieve real-time data collection,recording and preservation of the axle repair line of wheel while maintenance,and auto pairing,fast query and location of of wheels when replacement on the wheel.Through simple change of management condition on existing line,the intelligent management level of the repair line is improved.
