小儿手足口病患者外周血免疫球蛋白和补体的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨外周血免疫球蛋白、补体等指标联合检测在小儿手足口病（HFMD）的临床应用.方法 利用速率散射比浊法检测385例HFMD患儿治疗前外周血IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4和超敏C反应蛋白（CRPH）含量.结果 HFMD患儿外周血IgA、C3、C4水平较对照组显著降低（P 〈0.01）,IgG明显降低（ P〈0.05）,CRPH明显升高（ P〈0.05）,IgM无明显差异（P＞0.05）.结论 HFMD患儿的体液免疫功能紊乱,免疫学指标联合检测对患儿诊断治疗方面有较高的参考价值.Objective To evaluate the clinical value of combined determination of immunoglobulin and complement in children patients with hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods Immanoglobulin, complement and CRPH in the peripheral blood of 385 patients with HFMD before treatment were detected by rate nephelometry. Results Compared with the control subjects, the levels of IgA,C3 and C4 in pa- tients with HFMD were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of IgG was decreased （P 〈 0.05）. The level of CRPtt was increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of IgM was not significantly changed （ P 〉 O. 05）. Conclusion The humoral immune function of HFMD patients was abnormal, combined determination of immune parameters can effectively help the clinical diagnosis and treatment in children patients with HFMD.
