摘 要:目的 了解铜绿假单胞菌在临床感染标本中的分离率及科室分布特征,并调查其耐药性变化趋势,为临床抗感染治疗提供科学依据.方法 细菌鉴定依据〈全国临床检验操作规程〉第三版进行.药敏试验采用(K-B法)纸片扩散法,并对208株铜绿假单胞药物敏感试验采用回顾性分析及汇总.结果 在分离的208株铜绿假单胞菌中,以痰液及支气管吸出物分离率最高,其次是脓液及尿液,临床科室分布以ICU为主,其次是呼吸内科及综合治疗病房,铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗菌药物耐药率均较高,对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率最低(14.4%),其次是亚胺培南(16.8%),左氧氟沙星(37.9%).结论 铜绿假单胞菌临床分布广泛,是常用抗菌药物耐药率较高,应加强预防感染及药敏检测.Objective We aimed to investigated seperation rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa in iafeected sample, its distributing character in divisions and the change of antimierobial rosiatance, provideing referanee to clinical treament. Methods Bacteria identification was based on the third edition of National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Procedures and its antimierobial resiatanee was determined by kirby - Bauermethod. We retrospectively analyzed sensitivity testing of 208 pseudomonas aeruginosas. Results Of the 208 pseudomonas aeruginosa, most of them were separated from sputum and aspirate of bronchus and next to it were urine and pus. The seperation rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa is most higher in ICU, and the next to it in breath internal medicine department. The antimicrobial resistance rates of pseudomonas aeruginosa to ofidary antimierobial drug is most higher. The drug resistance rates were 14.4%, 16.8%, and 37.9% for cefoperazone, imipenem and Levofloxacin, respectively. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa are very comon and resiatante to oridary antimicrobial drug, so we should enhance prevention of bacterial infection and detection of its resiatance.
