联合用药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎263例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择Ⅲ型前列腺炎263例,随机分为前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸克林霉素治疗132例为治疗组,单纯采用克林霉素治疗131例为对照组,治疗4～6周为一个疗程,进行综合疗效评价。结果治疗组总有效率为93.2%,对照组总有效率为71.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸克林霉素治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎有较好的疗效,可获得较满意的效果。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qianlie Shutong Capsule combined with Clindamycin Palmitate Hydrochloride on type Ⅲ prostatitis.Methods 263 cases with type Ⅲ prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups.132 cases in treatment group were treated with Qianlie Shutong Capsule combined with Clindamycin Palmitate Hydrochloride,while 131 cases in control group with Clindamycin Palmitate Hydrochloride.The course of treatment was 4~6 weeks.Total efficiency between two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 93.2% in the treatment group and 77.9% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination therapy has a better therapeutic effect on type Ⅲ prostatitis.
