偏头痛患者症状发作时应用舒适护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨偏头痛患者症状发作时施以舒适护理的有效性,从而尽早地减轻和解除患者的痛苦。方法将本院在2008年08月~2010年09月收治的112例诊断明确的偏头痛症状发作患者,随机分为观察组（56例）与对照组（56例）,对照组给予一般的药物治疗护理;观察组则在给予一般药物治疗护理的同时,加以施行舒适护理,着重在环境、心理、社会等几方面采取一些针对性的护理措施,并对2组进行相应的比较分析。结果观察组患者头痛症状缓解的速度明显快于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论在偏头痛患者症状发作时实施舒适护理能有效地加速患者痛苦的缓解,促进其病情的好转。Objective To discuss and summarize the effectiveness of comfort care on migraine patients during the episodes,so as to reduce and relieve patients＇ pain as soon as possible.Methods 112 patients diagnosed as migraine from our hospital from August 2008 to September 2010 were randomly divided into the observation group（56 cases） and the control group（56）.The control group was given the general medication care;the observation group was given the general medication care and pertinent comfort care at the same time focusing on environmental,psychological,social and other aspects.The corresponding analysis was made to the data of the two groups.Results In the observation group,the remission rate of patients with headache symptom was faster than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing care can accelerate the relief of migraine patients＇ pain effectively,and promote the improvement of the illness.
