摘 要:海水压力调节器是鱼雷等水下航行器中海水供应系统的重要部件之一,其输出压强与流量应符合动力系统总体设计的要求。海水压力调节器由调节阀和单向阀等组成,通过力平衡快速地调整调节活门的位置,保证输出压强稳定且输出流量符合要求值。海水压力调节器位于海水泵后,对贮舱和三组元比例控制器的海水进行压力调节,以保持推进剂的贮舱挤代压强和作为三组元之一的海水压强在鱼雷整个工作过程中基本不变。同时,根据推进剂供应系统流量的变化,自动调整其输出流量,使之与推进剂体积流量相匹配。Water pressure regulator is one of the important components in torpedo sea water supply system.Its output pressure and flow should be in line with the overall power system requirements.Water pressure regulator contains a pressure regulating valve and a one-way valve.The regulating valve should be adjusted rapidly to ensure that the output pressure is stable and the output flow can meet the requirements.The pressure regulator which is behind the sea water pump,regulates the water pressure in the propellant storage compartment and the three-component proportional controller.The pressure in the propellant storage compartment and the water pressure which is one of the three components will remain basically unchanged during the entire course of their work.At the same time,in accordance with the variation in discharge of the propellant supply system,the output flow is adjusted automatically to match the volume flow rate of the propellant.
