摘 要:通过对血小板无偿献血者血小板机采前、中、后血液钾(K)、钠(Na)、氯(Cl)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)及镁(Mg)等电解质的测定,研究血小板采集对无偿献血者血液电解质浓度的影响。随机抽取30名血小板献血者,测定血小板采集前、中、后其血液钾、钠、氯、钙、磷及镁等电解质浓度,结果献血者采集中、采集后上述电解质浓度明显降低(P<0.05)。说明血小板单采能引起献血者采集中及采集后血液钾、钠、氯、钙、磷及镁等电解质浓度的降低。To measure the concentration of the blood potassium,sodium,chloride,calcium,phosphorus and magnesium in the blood of plateletpheresis donors before,during and after the operation,the effect on the concentration of blood electrolytes for platelepheresis donors is studied.The plateletpheresis donors concentration of the blood potassium,sodium,chloride,calcium,phosphorus and magnesium of plateletpheresis donors before,during and after the operation among the 30 random plateletpheresis donors are measured.The results show that the above electrolytes' concentration during and after the operation is significantly higher than before that(P0.05).
