摘  要:某半干船坞坞室基坑开挖深度为7.21~8.77m,采用水泥土搅拌桩作基坑支护,同时作为船坞的永久防渗墙。基坑开挖范围内有淤泥质土,现场进行钻孔取样得到水泥土抗压强度,确定采用深层搅拌水泥土可以成桩。由于基坑边长近280m,水泥土搅拌桩每隔15m设置一个加强墩防止产生长边效应,减小水泥土墙的水平位移,并采用深层搅拌桩满堂加固。实践证明,开挖过程中位移较小,应用效果良好。The foundation excavation depth of some half-interior of dry dock is about 7.21~8.77m.Cement-soil mixing pile is adopted as supporting structure and permanent cutoff wall of the foundation excavation.Because of muddy layers in the excavation range,compress strengthen of the cement-soil mixing pile is gained with field test to prove the feasibility of piles.Reinforcing piers is designed per 15m along the side to prevent long-side effect as the length of the foundation excavation is 280m and to reduce the horizontal displacement of cement-soil mixing piles.Moreover deep mixing piles is set at the bottom of foundation excavation.The displacement of foundation excavation can meet the requirements.
