摘 要:为了找到热处理对异种钢焊缝的影响原因,对采用奥氏体不锈钢焊材的异种钢接头进行相同的热处理温度不同的保温时间的热处理,并对焊缝金属和接头进行金相和扫描电镜实验。通过对比发现:奥氏体不锈钢熔敷金属的铁素体分解是随着热处理时间的增加而增加,当热处理时间达到5h时,铁素体几乎完全分解;同时奥氏体不锈钢接头在低合金钢侧的碳迁移随着热处理时间的增加而增加,从而可以证明随着热处理时间的延长焊接接头的塑性和韧性也随之变差。In order to investigate the cause of the influence of the heat treatment on the dissimilar steel welded joint, the heat treatment procedure with same heat treatment temperature and different holding time was conducted on the dissimilar metal joint u- sing austenitic stainless steel welding material. In addition, the metallographic and scanning experiments were performed for welded joint. The comparing results showed that the decomposition of the ferrite in the deposited metal increased with the increase of heat treatment time. When the heat treatment time reached 5 h, the ferrite almost decomposed completely. At the same time the carbon migration in low alloy steel side increased with the increase of heat treatment time. Thus it was found that the plasticity and tough- ness of the welded joint degraded with the increase of heat treatment time.
