摘　　要：目的:对荒地阿魏进行生药学鉴定,为其鉴别及应用提供科学依据。方法:采用药材性状、显微特征、紫外光谱、薄层色谱鉴定方法。结果:荒地阿魏在性状、显微、紫外、薄层色谱等方面具有专属的特性。结论:这些特征可为荒地阿魏生药鉴定和资源开发利用提供理论依据。Objective：To identify Ferula syreitschikowii by identification of pharmacognosy and provide the scientific evidence for its identification and application.Methods： The crude drug identification,morphological,UV spectrum identifications,microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography（TLC） were adopted.Results： There were specialization in morphology,microscopic characteristic,UV spectrum identifications and thin layer chromatography（TLC）.Conclusion：These characteristics can be used for scientific basis for gruffs identification of crude drug and providing reference information for further development.
