摘　　要：乙型肝炎疫苗接种后不同个体的应答效果有差异性,其应答特征与遗传和免疫机制关系尤为密切,明确其具体的作用机制,提高乙肝疫苗的应答率对于有效防护乙型肝炎意义重大.现就近年来国内外对于此方面的研究现状和进展作一综述.Different individual＇s response after hepatitis B vaccination is diversified, and the characteristics of response are greatly related with heredity and immunologic mechanism. It is significant for prevention and treatment of hepatitis B to understand the specific mechanism of action and improve the response rate to hepatitis B vaccine. This review is to summarize the concerned studies in recent years.
