摘 要:针对开关电器通断试验的信号采集软件无法通过自动分析获取时间参数的问题,引入基于奇异值分解的信号奇异性检测方法,结合模拟的通断电流信号进行了研究,并提出了时间参数的自动分析算法。结果表明,该算法能正确地检测到信号中突变的起始和结束位置,以明显的波峰指示出分界点,实现对时间参数的准确检测,对提高产品检验的效率和准确性具有重要的意义。Aiming to problem of the signal sampling software, which serves the breaking test of switching device, can't analyze automatically to obtain time parameters. The signal singularity detecting method based on singular value decomposition is introduced, studies are conducted with simulative breaking current signal, then automatic analyzing algorithm for time parameters is provided. The result shows that this algorithm can detect the beginning and ending position of singularing in signal properly, obtain obvious peaks which indicate the boundary and realize accurate detection of time parameters, which has great significance for improving efficiency and accuracy of the product inspection.
