摘　　要：文献信息传递和提供服务是图书馆发展的必然要求,指出从业人员只有具备职业道德素养、业务素养、专业素养、团结协作精神,并不断学习、完善自我,成为复合型的高级专门人才,才能做好文献传递和提供服务工作。This paper analyzes that the document delivery and supply service is an inevitable requirement of library＇s development,and points out that the librarians,who want to do well in the document delivery and supply service,must possess professional moral accomplishment,business literacy,professional quality and teamwork spirit,and become complex senior specialized talents.
