摘　　要：在总部装备建设目标下,执行力是一切事业成功的关键。当前装备建设中,自主创新快速发展有隐患、先进技术优势转化低效率、武器装备质量安全须重视、武器装备使用安全要完善、部队装备建设力量存短板、新旧装备科学训练待增强。通过用人重视基层个体参与,决策科学持续;配权先管理层后基层,自上而下流程简化;惠事强化团队合作,合理奖惩持续贯彻等策略,能提升每位官兵的执行力,促进现阶段装备建设又好又快发展。For the headquarter goal of equipment construction, executive force is the key to all success. At present in equipment construction, independent innovation and rapid development has hidden trouble, advanced technology advantage, low efficiency of weapon equipment quality and safety. Used strategy such as employing the basic level individual participation, scientific decision-making with continuous; fight to management after primary, top-down process is simplified; Sharing things aggrandizement team, reasonable rewards and continued to implement; it can promote each officers and executive force, to promote good and fast development of stage equipment construction.
