摘　　要：高校图书馆电子阅览室随着数字图书馆的快速发展吸引着越来越多的上机高校读者。如何为读者提供优质的服务并把它落到实处,本文结合笔者在电子阅览室工作中常见丢失物品并帮助寻找失主做法,体现出服务无小事。University library electronic reading room with the rapid development of digital libraries to attract more and more on this machine college readers. How to provide readers with quality services and to implement it, this paper, I work in the electronic reading room in the common missing items and to help find the owner approach, reflecting the service is no small matter.
