创新标准文献服务模式的研究

摘　　要：标准文献服务应自上而下,统筹规划,形成完整、统一、协调的有机整体,资源共享,避免重复投资、重复建设,恶性竞争。标准文献服务应得到各级政府部门的大力支持,服务社会,回归公益。建立大型标准数字图书馆系统,推行免费全文查阅、数字远程打印、网络远程服务、个性化订单和实时跟踪服务等,最大限度地节约社会资源,不断提高标准文献服务水平和效率。统一规范标准文献服务形象标识和工作流程,体现标准的权威性与公益性。Standards document service should be conducted from the higher level to the lower and planned overally, to form a complete, uniform, harmonious mechanic unity, which have resources shared and avoid repetitive investment and construction and cut-throat competition. Standards document service should be supported by finance units of all levels, which serves for the society and returns to public interest. To build large-scale standards digital system, to launch free whole-text reading, digital remote print, network remote service, characterized order and dynamic sourcing service can save social resource to the most extent and promote service level and efficiency. To unify standards document service image and workflow is to symbolize authority and non-profitness.
