非正规就业农民工的养老保险需求实证分析——基于深圳地区的调研数据

摘　　要：《社保法》出台,为解决农民工的养老保险问题提供了法律依据,但是农民工养老保险问题向何处去,仍然是值得研究、需要研究的课题。充分了解农民工的养老保险需求是构建农民工养老保险制度模式的前提。本文以课题组在深圳地区的抽样调查数据为基础,应用SPSS统计分析软件,得到农民工养老保险需求的定性分析和Logistic实证分析结论,认为制约农民工养老保险有效需求的关键因素可归结为制度供给不足和设计缺陷。Social Security Act has provided the legal basis for the protection of migrant workers for their endowment insurance,but it still remains a topic for research as along which way this insurance system should go.Understanding the endowment insurance needs of the migrant workers is the prerequisite for developing the endowment insurance system.Based on the research made in Shenzhen,by using SPSS software,Qualitative analysis and Logistic empirical analysis are made,leading to the conclusion that the most prominent factor of confining the effective endowment insurance needs of the migrant workers is the defects in designing the system.
