摘　　要：通过研究CATIA系统的数据组织结构、产品设计思想以及相关应用模块，利用CATIA的二次开发工具CAA及VC软件，建立了全面的冲切模具CAD三维标准件库，并结合桥车上横梁加强板的冲切模具CAD设计实例，对标准件库的功能及使用方法进行了说明．研究成果对制造业特别是汽车、航空、船舶的冲压模具的CAD／CAM／CAE具有参考价值。CATIA system by studying the data structure, product design and associated application modules, the secondary use of CATIA CAA and VC software development tools, the establishment of a comprehensive three-dimensional CAD punching mold standard parts library, and the combination of bridge beams to strengthen the car plate the punching die CAD design example, the functions of standard parts library and use are described, research on the manufacturing industries, especially automotive, aviation, ship stamping dieCAD/CAM/CAE a reference value.
