大力发展保险专业高等教育 促进我国保险业健康发展

摘　　要：我国保险市场是一个快速成长的巨大市场,因此,保险专业人才需求巨大,然而人才短缺已经成为制约我国保险业快速发展的主要瓶颈。2006年颁布的《国务院关于保险业改革发展的若干意见》明确指出,加快保险业改革发展对构建社会主义和谐社会意义重大,发展的潜力和空间巨大。一个行业的快速发展离不开人才的大量充实和培养,为此,大力发展保险专业高等教育,培养有一技之长的应用型人才已成为当务之急。Due to the rapid growth of insurance market in China, the demand for talented insurance professionals has increased dramatically in recent years. However, the severe shortage of talented insurance professionals has become a bottleneck in the development of the industry in our country. Some Suggestions Put Forward by the State Council on Reform and Development of Insurance Industry promulgated in 2006 states clearly that it is of great significance for the build-up of socialist harmonious society to speed up the reform of insurance industry, as it has potentially huge market growth margin. An industry cannot be developed rapidly without augmenting and cultivating personnel in its specific field. Therefore, it has become the number one priority to devote major efforts to developing advanced level of vocational education for insurance industry so as to develop talented professionals with special skills in the insurance-relating fields.
