摘　　要：农用机井是农业灌溉一项重要的农业水利基础设施,由于管理措施不当,造成农用机井或淤泥或报废,效益低下。本文在分析机井管理现状及问题的基础上,提出了农用机井的运营管理制度,构建了农用机井运营管理股份制公司的组织结构,并论证了其可行性。The agricultural well is an important water infrastructure of agricultural irrigation.Due to improper management measures,the agricultural well,sludge or scrapped,has low profits.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of well management,this article proposed the operation management system,built the organizational structure of agricultural well operation and management joint-stock company,and demonstrated its feasibility.
