摘　　要：随着经济和科技的发展,电子文档的管理越来越引起了管理者的重视,实现一体化管理是是适应电子文件管理发展的必然要求,文档一体化模式下电子档案管理,将文件处理与档案管理连成一个有机整体,提高部门之间协同工作的能力,从整体上提高机构的办公效率。With the economic and technological development,electronic document management increasingly attracts the attention of managers,to achieve integrated management is the inevitable requirements to adapt to development of electronic document management,electronic file management based on document integration mode makes the file processing and records management connect into a an organic whole,which improve the ability to cooperative work among departments,and enhance the overall office efficiency of institutions.
