摘　　要：大学生能否顺利就业是一项涉及千家万户根本利益的事情,成为每年一度的社会热点问题,毕业生就业工作的好与坏直接影响到社会的稳定。本文从学校和学生自身两个方面分析了工科院校经济管理类毕业生就业难的影响因素,提出应对措施。Whether the university graduates can be employed is related to the fundamental interests of millions of households.It Becomes an annual social hot issues.Employment situation of graduates affects the social stability directly.Form school and student aspects,this paper analyses the factors affecting the employment of graduates majoring in economics and managementis,presents some suggestions.
