摘　　要：文章介绍了楼宇智能化技术专业建设的现状,阐述了专业的性质、特色、教学理念与教学方法,重点分析了该专业的专业特色和专业建设体现出的社会服务功能。对专业的建设进行了多角度的研究与探讨,提出了进一步发展的目标和建设方向。This paper describes the status quo of intelligent building technology specialty,and the nature,features,teaching philosophy and teaching methods,and focuses its social service functions.At last,it makes a multi-angle research and discussion on the specialty construction,and puts forward further development of goal and direction.
