摘　　要：本文通过对维修人员专业进行分析,建立了战时维修人员配置优化模型。通过举例分析,对模型和算法进行了验证,为战时部队确定各维修专业人员数量提供了决策依据。Based on the analysis of maintenance people specialty,the optimization model of maintenance people in wartime is built.Through case study,the model and algorithm are proved providing the decision basis for determining the number of maintenance professional personnel in war.
