摘　　要：本文用推理的方法,采用本文所提出的"层空"概念论证了三个"时空性"问题,即:(1)"时空"与运动速度的关系;(2)物理量与"时空"的关系和所遵循的规律;(3)运动质点在"时空"作用下应具有的规律性,及这三点的联系性、整体性所依据的法则。According to the new conception named ＂layer-space＂ firstly put forwards in this paper,the following views and issues are discussed and explained：（1） the relationship of velocity to space time,（2） the relationship and ruler of physical quantity to space time,（3） the regularity of movement particles under the effect of space time.
