摘　　要：通过对珠海港口的战略环境分析,明确在核心城市定位下,珠海港的发展目标是建设成为设施先进、功能完善、效益显著、文明环保的现代化、多功能综合性港口,为完成这一目标,珠海港口发展可选择推动西江港口联盟实现腹地延伸、自由贸易区、发展港口物流和经营多元化的发展战略。Through the analysis of the strategic environment of the port of Zhuhai,the article clears the development target of Zhuhai port under the core city positioning,namely building a port with advanced facility,improved function,a significant benefit,environmental protection,modern civilization,integrated multi-port.For achieving this goal,the development of Zhuhai port should select the developing strategy of promoting the extension of Xijiang port alliance,free trade area,developing port logistics and business diversification.
