摘　　要：为了更好的实施医学检验与检查互认,在其实施过程中应对以下问题加以注意。审查互认资料的合法性、完整性和关联性;对患者提供的资料是否采用以及对某些项目是否需要重新检查,需要向患者履行告知义务;并对患者提供的资料予以妥善保存,同时注意保护患者的隐私。这样才能合理的执行医学检验与检查互认制度,避免因患者不理解而发生纠纷,并且达到减轻患者负担的目的 ,使患者满意。For better implement of medical laboratory and examination inter-accreditation, the following problems should be concerned during implement.Such as,examination of the legacy,completeness and relevance of inter-accreditation materials;informing patients whether to use their materials and to re-examination;well-arranged storage of their materials with protecting patients＇ privacy.Therefore it can reasonably perform the system of medical laboratory and examination inter-accreditation avoiding medical tangle because of incomprehension of patients,for achieving patients＇ burden reduction and patients＇ satisfaction.
