摘　　要：目的通过临床路径管理,进一步规范临床诊疗行为,持续提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全。方法建立健全组织管理及文件体系、加强教育和培训、制定临床路径管理制度以及加强变异的管理等。结果人均住院费用降低,平均住院日缩短(P<0.05);医护人员诊疗行为得到规范;患者满意度提高。结论临床路径管理对持续提高医疗质量和保障医疗安全起到了积极的作用。Objectives Through clinical pathway management,we further standardize clinical diagnosis treatment behavior,continually improving medical quality and ensuring medical safety.Methods This article suggests setting up perfect organization management and document system,to strengthen education and training,to make management system of clinical pathway and to strengthen management of variation.Results The hospitalization expenses per capita reduce,the average hospitalization day shorten（P〈0.05）;the behavior of diagnosis and treatment of medical staff are standardized.Conclusions The clinical pathway management plays positive effect for continually improving medical quality and medical safety guarantee.
