缩短平均住院日考核方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨缩短平均住院日以医疗组为考核单元的方法。方法通过在各科室年平均住院日的基础上下浮20%后作为各科室医疗组的平均住院日考核标准,同时以省内兄弟医院的各科室的平均住院日作参考,个别科室进行适当调整。结果通过制定各科室医疗组的平均住院日考核标准后,科室和全院的平均住院日明显下降。结论平均住院日考核方法的使用后效果明显,能加速床位的周转,降低病人的医疗费用,充分发挥医院的有限资源。Objectives to discuss the methods of the average hospitalization days reduction with medical groups as examination unit.Methods At the basis of the average hospitalization days of clinical departments,it increases and decreases 20% as the examination standard of the average hospitalization days for different medical groups;meanwhile it takes the average hospitalization days from other hospitals as references,adjusting suitably some departments.Results Through laying down examination standard,the average hospitalization days of department and the whole hospital obviously decrease. Conclusions After using the examination methods,the effect is obvious which can quicken the turnover of sickbed and reduce medical expenses of patients,fully playing limit resources of hospital.
