某综合医院阑尾炎手术患者住院费用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨近2年来某综合医院阑尾炎手术患者住院费用的影响因素,为完善医疗保障制度和制定合理的临床路径,降低医疗成本提供参考依据。方法调查2009年-2010年某院阑尾炎住院患者的病案信息资料,数据采用多元回归分析来筛选阑尾炎患者住院费用的主要影响因素。结果影响住院费用的因素由大到小依次为:住院日、药占比、麻醉方式、年龄、病种分型、术前住院日。结论影响阑尾炎患者住院费用的因素很多,其中以住院日、药占比和麻醉方式影响住院费用强度最大。是控制阑尾炎费用时优先考虑的因素。Objectives This paper discuss the effect factors of hospitalization expense of appendicitis surgery patients in a comprehensive hospital for recent 2 years,for medical ensuring system perfection and reasonable clinical pathway establishment and providing references basis for medical costs reduction.Methods It investigated information materials of medical records of appendicitis hospitalization patients from 2009 to 2010,which analyzed by multiple linear regressions for screening the main effect factors of hospitalization expenses of them.Results The factors affecting hospitalization expense are respectively from great to little： hospitalization days,the proportion of medicine,anesthesia methods,age,the classification of disease category and hospitalization days before surgery.Conclusions There are many factors affecting hospitalization expenses of them,in which the intensity of hospitalization days,the proportion of medicine and anesthesia methods are great that should be concerned priority of controlling appendicitis expenses.
