摘  要:目的研究高湖纤恙螨叮刺和传播恙虫病东方体(Ot)的能力。方法螨叮人传病试验是将2只未食高湖纤恙螨幼虫放在受试者(笔者本人)的前臂屈侧上,罩上透明塑料小盖,在解剖镜下观察螨的活动。经卵传递Ot试验是将20~40只高湖纤恙螨未食幼虫放在1只小白鼠耳中3~5 d,每天观察鼠的情况,病鼠或死鼠予以解剖,镜检Ot。结果恙螨叮人20 d后使人患恙虫病并从血中分离到Ot。鼠体经卵传递Ot试验亦获得成功。阳性鼠均有典型症状、显著病变,并检出Ot。结论结果表明高湖纤恙螨可作为恙虫病的传播媒介。Objective To study the ability of biting and transovarial transmission of Orientia tsutsugamushi(Ot)in Leptotrombidium gaohuense.Methods Ability of mite to bite man and transmit tsutsugamushi disease was tested by placing two unfed larvae of L.gaohuense on the ventral surface of the forearm of the test subject(author himself).The larvae were covered with a transparent plastic cap,and their activity was observed under a dissecting microscope.Transovarial transmission of Ot was tested by placing 20-40 unfed larvae in the ear of a mouse for 3-5 days.The mice were observed daily,sick or dead mice were autopsied to detect Ot by microscope.Results The test subject fell ill 20 days after being bitten by the mites,and Ot was isolated from his blood.Transovarial transmission of Ot was successful in mice.All positive mice showed typical manifestations,distinct pathological changes,and Ot were detected.Conclusion These results prove that L.gaohuense can be a transmitting vector of tsutsugamushi disease.
